Perhaps it is Simple.

Perhaps it really is simple.

Perhaps He does not require

fancy words and extraordinary deeds.

Perhaps all He asks for is love…

for us to pour out onto others what was so graciously lavished onto us.

Perhaps our calling is to simply

love as He loves us,

and through that,

His grace and goodness is shown

for His image-bearers to see,

for their worth to be magnified.

Perhaps simplicity is the full life.
